What result do you want?
6-12 mo is too long should do every 90 days.
If done correctly, there is no pay raise expectation - not
the purpose.
Mgr to avoid giving a number (grade) to employee. Try to be
competant + thorough with reviews. These are people and focus is on people.
Is there anything that hasn't been brought up that you can bring up now.
Address problems fast.
If there are problems with someone - don't make it a beat up on someone. Make sure your people know what is going on...
Don't overly use forms - main thing to cover is taking notes on major points
- look for bigger areas - come out with 2-3 things (hopefully not negative)
