Godaddy.com makes their problem your problem...

well, you guys did it...after your tech support people assured me the account would not bew renewed and they walked me through your automated renewal process, you went ahead and did it anyway, I suppose hoping I wouldn't notice until the bill came in? 

Why have tech support if it doesn't work and what are you going to do to take off the charges you should not have charged? 

not happy and not happy about your customer service and tech support...
